Spinal Hygiene General Rules

  1. Performed Daily!!

  2. Minimum reps = as many years old as you are (If you are 29 then you do 29 reps each way) 

  3. Minimum time = 3 minutes 

  4. Maximum time = 5 minutes 

  5. Can be done at different intensities 

  6. Used as a warmup, training session, or a way to decompress
